    Overall great experience and value. Halls have new carpet. My room had fresh paint. Room was clean. Comfy bed. Staff was friendly. If I needed to be in Lubbock the night before an event, I'd stay here instead. Better value and cleaner than A Loft and Embassy Suites in Lubbock. Christmas lights a couple minutes from hotel. Old school Pizza Hut a couple minutes away.

    Room was clean, breakfast was fine. The very troubling issue I had was finding out if you arrive at the hotel between 12:00 noon and 12:30 pm, which is before the posted check in time of 3:00 pm, there is an EARLY CHECK IN CHARGE of $40.00. I could understand if they were extremely busy, but the place was almost vacant, so I know they had plenty of rooms waiting for someone to check in . $40!!! Give me a break.

    We stayed one night we had been traveling a long time. So we were so tired it was nice to wake up to the smell of bacon and hot coffee waiting. The only thing is that one housekeeper or whatever she was . While I was grabbing my coffee she came from the door behind me and just pushed me with the door no excuse me or anything. He'll not even a good morning what a horrible attitude. She was a small lady with long black hair. I didn't get her name.
