- PHPj haleOct 16, 20251.0As soon as we walked in the hotel we smelled mold and an overwhelming smell of pine sol. The bathroom ceiling had black mold all over the ceiling edges I was super tired and stayed anyway, and woke up the next day all stopped up. Also the ice bucket is a pitcher in the fridge. I use Staybridge a lot for work and this one was a complete letdown.

Portland Tx is my weekend getaway while my husband works in Taft,TX SERVICE WAS GREAT AND SO IS THEIR STAFF. THANK YOU! MR. MARK FOR ACKNOWLEDGING ME FOR BEING A IHG DIAMOND ELITE MEMBER.

Nice swimming pool and BBQ area. Not sure about the gas flame feature burning 24/7. Air conditioning needs an upgrade (loud and not quite enough for the room with curtains closed.
