- CJCollins “Peace N Joy”2 days ago1.0Disorganized, unsecured, and completely unacceptable Issues with the reservation Guest was denied access, Bugs in the room Random people knocking on our door everyday of stay including Housekeeping before checkout asking if we were leaving. Zero sense of privacy or security Service matched the chaos. Front desk responses were consistently “I don’t know.” Managers unresponsive This property has a breakdown in basic operations and accountability. As an IHG member, this experience was far below standard.

I could not charge to my room from the restaurant. I was charged an additional night when no Authorization was provided. I would stay away from this place.
- VOVl OApr 12, 20265.0We stayed here for a wedding. You can tell the outside of the building is older, but when you walk in you're pleasantly surprised that it's been fully renovated! The lobby is very nice. They have a full bar and kitchen. They have daily menu specials, including a steak night. We had fried pickles, burgers, and fries our first night. The next morning we had breakfast. The kitchen staff is phenomenal. We met the lead cook and some of the staff. The buttered grits were extremely good. The head cook even cooked us up a special batch of crispy bacon, which was not out in the buffet. She went above and beyond.❤️ Misty, at the front desk, was extremely pleasant to work with while checking in and out. The room was very clean and the AC blew nice cold air. We recommend this hotel. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and Annie‑May (forgive me if I’m spelling that wrong!) did an outstanding job in the kitchen. All around, the staff and the food made for a fantastic stay.
