- BBBen BernathDec 6, 20252.0Room and service was just fine. Again with Hilton the tv reception cuts in and out. When I have reported it they say that they use one satellite and it can't handle the whole hotel. Time for a fix Hilton. I have had this happen at several other Hilton hotels.

No one cares to check and make sure cold coffee has been replaced with freshly brewed hot coffee serves throughout the day. Wifi strength is bad and inconsistent. Lost and disconnected many important meetings in my room on my work laptop using this Hilton wifi. This gets one-star review. P.S. Hotel staffs let their friends, kids and family members hang around lobby for no reason. Treating the hotel like their daycare center, letting their kids roam free.
