- CHCollins HarperJan 6, 20265.0I've been coming home to visit Port Arthur for over 15 years at least. This year I celebrated Christmas season eating Port Arthur seafood, grilled and barbecue, and of course boudain. The young lady (Diana) at the front desk was energetic, motivated, hospital, and everything else in the description of great customer service. Fortunately, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the hospitality staff of (Karla and Mirian). Lastly, as well, the manager who's name I failed to obtain however, I saw her there during the thick of the holiday season just chatting it up, and uplifting her staff to stay motivated and providing great customer service though, working thru the holidays. In whole, the individuals I mentioned provided great customer service and made my trip a great experience and wonderful Christmas in Port Arthur, Texas aka my hometown. I can't visit my old childhood home anymore because it was demolished. My old Thomas Jefferson high school is not demolished but, it isn't the same as it was in my final graduating year of 1979. But, this little hotel still gives that old PA, small oil town, genuine, quality customer service without the fancy French titles of the people that provide those services. Thank you Holiday Inn Express staff for a wonderful stay and holiday season at home. Best to you all. Collins Harper.

I was told they are too busy to meet with me (a week from now) and that they don’t like to do site visits. Good to know…I won’t bother them again for future business opportunities.

Its not bad. breakfast was good hotel room 301 is very spacious service was nice It was the miss communication that did it for me. It was our checkout day and we needed to take showers so my brother went down and asked for a new set of towels and got told housekeepers are going to send it up 15-20 minutes later still dont have them my sister called down to see what was the status on the towels and got told they should be coming up with them. 15-20 minutes later still dont have the towels At this point im mad so i go down there and got the towels And i tried not to be rude because i know if she put in a request for towels to be sent up then thats in the hands of the housekeepers. but besides that is a good hotel
