The staff were friendly and helpful. The star of the hotel was the lovely lady that prepared the breakfast. The breakfast had a large variety. I would highly recommend this hotel when your in the area.

I checked in late, hotel not full, gave me a room on first floor which is fine but it was right next to the highway. Also, deadbolt didn’t work so didn’t feel safe being on the first floor, next to the highway and next to an outside door.

About 2 hours later, I was on a conference call, and the manager did not knock on the door, and juat walked right in to see if I was here.. i was super pissed and never got an explanation from him. That was it. If you want privacy, I would suggest go somewhere else.

I booked my room through Priceline for $110, but when I arrived, I was charged an extra $138—then later saw another unauthorized charge of $129.44. The front desk clerk ran my card TWICE and insisted I was wrong, even after I showed him proof. He argued with me for over an hour at 3am, after I’d just driven 8 hours with my 18-month-old baby and exhausted partner. I just wanted to sleep, but instead I had to deal with this unnecessary drama and disrespect. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund for the charge that should have never happened. The service here was absolutely unacceptable—rude, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend anyone else stay here either.

They moved my dad (used wheel chair) from the second floor to first floor, bcause the elevator was not working, they said it will take 24 hrs to fix it! They moved them to a small room with one king bed only! Even when They were charching me for the bigger room! The room on first floor, had a water leak and part of the carpet was all wet (behind the shower) I told them and they did not care!!! They charge $75 for pets! So, No, I would not recomend you to book at this place! There are roaches and you willl see as soon as you get in the elevator! This really was a very bad experience for all of us!
