- MHMark hollowayNov 30, 20251.0It was very nice when we checked in on the Friday 11/28 we are here until 12/1 . So on Saturday afternoon when we get back from our fishing trip . I called down to the front desk and she informed me there’s no hot water. and to make it worse, nobody knows when there’s gonna be any hot water. I know most health codes has a regulation. You cannot make any food in the establishment if there’s no hot water. Very disappointed and would like a full refund.

It rained and we figured well at least we reserved a good hotel and we were on the road the whole day and we were tired and hoped to just check in and relax and instead our whole day was ruined Can’t believe it. They said for us to go to their sister hotel , I figured ok at least get the same rate. Nope jacked the price and screwed us, our whole anniversary was ruined by holiday inn. Thank you , you guys are the worst

On our first morning, the whole milk at breakfast had gone bad, which wasn’t the greatest start to the day. Then we noticed mold in our room (Room 227), specifically in the bathroom above the shower. We told the front desk as soon as we saw it, but I forgot to take pictures. Great location, but the room and breakfast definitely need some attention.
