Very close to the beach, front desk was very helpful and sweet. The heated pool was wonderful. The floors were very dirty. Beds need updating.
This is our second year staying here. The rooms are nice, I think they have been repainted. It’s a great location. I’ve used their laundry facilities. I have no complaints.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. First, the bathroom was not clean, second I had one of the suites with a kitchen and you could hear what everyone was doing in the rooms next to mine and above mine. I had mention this to the front desk the first night I was there and they pretty much blew me off. You would have thought they would had offered a different room, but no...then at checkout (the young lady was nice) but did not know how to fix the printer to give me a receipt. I do not blame her I blame management for not training her how to undo a paper jam.

Not a good nights sleep and some shady stuff going on at this establishment. I booked a reservation and showed up the same day to check in, that was the final sense of peace I got that day. I received several attempts on my door and calls throughout the period of 3 DAYS to verify who I was, I was on property the entire time of my stay. Each time someone made contact with me, they were stating it was due to my payment not going through in the system. I gave my card to for the SECOND time that morning and the girl assures me my bill has been taken care of, well I'm asleep and I get woken up by a lady banging on my door at 10:50PM demanding I state who I am (FOR THE 3RD TIME) at this time I am woken up out of my sleep and was horrified. I work oil rigs and I run on 3 hours of sleep Daily, I paid good money to stay here for 4 days and the entire 4 days I was chased down and hassled for a payment that should've gotten taken care of if there was any issue checking in. It got to the point I decided to end my stay a day early. I left feeling like I was either being accused of staying in the room for free. Or worst case scenario, my card was being used and copied each time I gave it to someone new. The final straw was when an older woman knocked on my door, had a flashlight in my eyes, demanding my name asking what time I checked in, I told her I checked in in the morning 3 DAYS ago and that the woman checking me in as well as the woman in the front who stopped me in the morning for my card details could verify that for you in the MORNING. Never coming here again, the whole non payment situation was odd because my account was authorized for the full amount when I checked in. I had demanded to speak to a manager and was told the manager was the one asking for my card details. I now feel like I have to watch my bank statements, Something isn't right about this place.

Breakfast was cold, cheap items, powdered eggs, milk tasted like water. Orange juice and peach juice had a foul "spoiled" taste to it. At check in 2 new girls were there. They had no idea what they were doing yet the girl said she was training and was new herself. Said there was a change in management. I could tell.
The couches were cheap, no pull out bed like it was promised online, the lamps looked like they were painted over as you could still see the brush streaks and considered it as "remodeled" the new general manager stated when I told him about the couches that "they are working on replacing all couches and they didnt order enough, quiet frankly him himself didnt like them either. I don't know if he thought agreeing would make me happy but it shows unprofessionalism and that he didnt know what he was doing because the couch I was speaking about was the new one.
They replaced the thin pull out couches and promised something "better" only to put in even cheaper couches with no pull out bed to sleep on. Its not even leather. Its the equivalent to a couch you'd buy off amazon for less than 150.00.
Its giving the new manager is taking the cheap way out. No more good breakfast, no more familiar faces, no more complimentary water bottles for rewards members, no more library, incompetent staff. This place went downhill since my last visit in June which always had a manager present and would personally seek out guest to make small talk, ask about our stay, and would even give us a managers rate if we were frequent visitors. That is how you keep a client base. This new manager is very poor at making decisions you can see with how the hotel is running
