  Well let’s just say that our first night here as a company one of our employees got his truck stolen from back of parking lot. It was locked. When asked the front desk Tiana I believe that’s how you spell it to call the police she refused. Had to tell her again to please call the police. Makes you think did she have anything to do with the theft of truck. Other then that great stay

  I gave the hotel a 4 ultimately because I had to ring the doorbell several times for the night auditor to come and unlock the sliding door at 2am so I could check in. Otherwise the room is excellent. The property is very well maintained and the bed is very comfortable. After a very late night out coming in from out of town I needed a comfy bed to relax in. It is situated on the George Bush tollway, easy to get to from Highway 75/interstate 45 from Houston. I'd stay here again, it made me feel comfortable for the night.

  I just checked in about an hour ago. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Everything from the front desk staff, the cleanliness level, the very patchy WIFI, and worst of all the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff when you inquire about something or have concerns, makes me wonder about others who gave it a good rating. Not to mention that the “one bedroom” is a marketing scam. It’s just a standard room.

  I am very picky about hotel rooms because I have a hard time sleeping but this room was great! Completely dark, doesn't have an AC that kicks on and off loudly all night, no excessive noises, very comfortable bed. Gym had equipment that worked and plenty of equipment to share. Breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, fresh cinnamon rolls, and all the typical continental stuff. Nice pool area but wish there was a hot tub!! Room was very spacious and comfy. Staff was very helpful.

  Room was biq, clean and good. Beds are also soft and super good to sleep but only the service was a bit not good. Other than that everything was perfect.
