  Of the three Staybridge Suites we stayed at last week, this was somewhat in the middle. Here are my comments, in no particular order: - The rooms were clean. - The bed was too soft because the mattress was somewhat worn out. I awoke with back pain. - Apparently someone had removed the range hood from the kitchenette, leaving the cable and wall exposed. Not nice to look at. - The worst was the breakfast experience. It is absolutely beyond me how in this day and age, in a 3-star hotel, guests have to eat off of styrofoam plates and bowls and use plastic cutlery. California has banned the use of these over a year ago - for dreadful environmental impact and harmful substances that can be released into the body when hot food is placed on those plates. I found this totally appalling. - Several guests think nothing of showing up in the breakfast area in their PJs. I mean - there is casual, and then there is too casual. - All in all not an experience I want to repeat.

  I stayed at this location last week for 1 ngt only but ended up staying another 3 ngts.. Front desk Ali was awesome. She was very welcoming and helped me out with extending my stay for multiple days, even though they had low availability. She made it work Their manager Rony, superstar ! I was with my grandma and we had a lot of bags. Rony saw us struggle and he came from inside, because he saw us on camera and told me not to worry about my luggage. He and his team helped us with all our bags, all the way to the room. I have a lot of respect for his sincerity and respect for elders. He made me and my grandmother feel welcome and made our stay painless.

  It was perfectly located for me, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were great and when they weren’t busy, they were cleaning. It’s as clean as any place I’ve stayed. Social hour was nice and a great clean breakfast every day.

  Have stayed here many times on business travel to Granite Park offices over the past five years. Very spacious rooms that are fully equipped with amenities at a consistently affordable price point. Not fancy, and can lack some of the finer touches as the property ages. You can expect an entertaining but perfectly fine mix of blue collar and white collar travelers.

  This place is very poorly run. First of all, had to wait 25 minutes to check in at 8pm because the two people in line were both wanting to talk to the manager or general manager and the evening front desk person couldn't reach anyone in management. When we went to check in, they gave our room away so didn't have any suites left that we paid extra for so stuck us in a single queen room but said we could move the next day. Of course, the next day when we reached out to the General Manager, they didnt even a single king room available (much less the suite we paid for) and they wouldn't give us a credit. The other problem is the front desk person was confused on our reservation record and said it has a Mastercard on file of whatever, which the room was prepaid with Chase rewards, but they still hit our card for the $500+. The morning person was also confused so we just called Chase and they finally put them in their place and got their $500 charge reversed. The water pressure in this hotel is from the 1960s and it's very luke warm water at best. Old school floor AC unit was loud as hell, very tired property. This franchisee doesn't seem to care...probably the worst Staybridge we have ever stayed out, very poorly run.
