The 2-star rating is for almost plugged sink that was identified to front desk but not fixed, and toilet seat seriously crooked and felt like you were about to fall off during use. A positive note, the breakfast staff lady was very responsive to clear tables promptly; and food selection was typical but good. Room service was also good. I would likely stay again but would check out the overall functionality of the room promptly upon check in and expect resolution before stay.
