Over the course of four nights, the overall experience felt far below the standard I expected for the following reasons: The bathtub drain was broken in both units I stayed in. Although the maintenance staff was able to temporarily adjust the drain plug so I could use the tub, they later had to return and use pliers to help drain the water. The window curtain was not functioning properly, so I was unable to let natural light into the room. The desk phone did not work and I could not make or receive calls. The back entry door near the outdoor pool was inaccessible from the outside, which required me to walk around to the main entrance each time. Addressing these issues would have made my stay significantly more comfortable, and I hope they can be resolved to improve the experience for future guests.
