We always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when we visit our daughter and her family because the location is perfect for us. The breakfast is good, the rooms are quiet and comfortable and the workout room is quite nice. The staff has been kind every single, time, but this stay they were superstars! Thania and Judith were so friendly and helpful. They switched our room without any hassle and they greeted us like we were friends. We will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff! Martinez and the young lady at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. All staff members including house keeping and breakfast staff were very friendly as well. The rooms were very clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler with my pet. ($75 pet fee per stay) The parking lot was well lit so I felt safe letting my dog out to use the restroom at night. Solid free breakfast and they have a 24 hr coffee and tea machine in the lobby. Highly recommend staying at this location 👍👍

Road noise from highway was horrible. Would not honor late checkout after verifying it was okay. Told me it was a problem with booking.com. - poor customer service and addressing my concern. Would not recommend staying here unless its a last resort. Disappointed - and I am a rewards member too.....

With the first hotel stay at my new job, I had a choice between the 3 major chains. Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. I picked this hotel, and they sold me on the IHG brand. I currently spend north of 150 days a year in hotels (always IHG unless I can't avoid it) and this Plano group sold me on the brand.
