Only complaint I have and it's not the hotel's fault, there isn't any food places within walking distance. Other than that, great hotel!

Clean when we got there but they never came to clean after, we stayed there 3 nights.
I went to the front to tell them they needed to come by but they never came.
The times they came it was 8am and we were still asleep. It was almost like they knew we were still sleeping and using that as an excuse to skip us. When I went to let the front desk know, the lady was vacuuming her area and she didn’t turn the vacuum off to hear me out and didn’t make eye contact. Very frustrating.

Stayed here for three nights one week ago. Overall experience was great! Great price! The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is very convenient too. Breakfast was okay. The only thing with little concern is the noise level - if you are light sleeper, make sure to ask the front desk to check-in the even-numbered room which not faces George Bush Turnpike.

When we checked in the man at the counter was to busy on his personal cell phone. When he finished his personal business and allowed us to check in he gave us the room keys with no instructions on how to get to our room. We then tried asking him but he acted as though he couldn't understand English when he was clearly speaking to us before. The ice machine was out on the second floor and it stunk. Our room had many issues like wall paper in the bathroom was falling off the wall all around and the shower doors didn't close and it soaked the floor. The towels were dirty with a cream like stuff inside one of them and the other had a shoe print on it when I called to tell the office their response was yeah that happens sometimes. The breakfast was okay. 😞 I will never stay here again.

Worst Hotel Experience – Stay Away!
I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and had a terrible experience. The front desk staff and the manager were extremely rude and unhelpful. The swimming pool was closed, the faucet in my room didn’t work, and the bed was so old it broke while I was sleeping. Instead of checking if I was okay, the manager tried to charge me for it. They eventually moved me to another room, but the furniture there was also old and unstable—I had to be extra cautious not to break another bed. I was traveling for family wedding and didn’t have time to find another hotel, otherwise I would have left immediately. This place is poorly maintained, the staff has no sense of customer service, and it’s not worth staying here even for one night, honestly i have been staying with this hotel chain for so long and never had any issue before if management wants to keep the good brand name of Holiday inn they need to immediately bring some professional people to run this place specially the manager needs to be replaced immediately.
