- SCStacie CookOct 24, 20255.0Xavier, and of course, the rest of the staff were efficient, friendly, made sure they always exceeded our needs on the way from transferring from a Candlewood Suite to home. Free towels, free laundry room, free coffee, a free computer center, and those with fur babies......plenty of places for them to wander...and that is so wonderful too! This is a hotel where every knows your name-"Cheers" sitcom from the 80s when i was a teenager, and I guess I'm dating myself.....but if we want to have relative s visiting from out of town, this is centrally located,...and fabulous!

Then when I had to check out refused to give me a late check out and my back is broken I just had major surgery where they put 4 rods and 32 bolts in my spine. The general manager threatened me and forced me to agree with him. I was in tears and still given no explanation of why they did this to me. All of the staff is lazy and rude. They talk to their guest like trash. Someone needs to intervene they are not running a legit establishment

Amenities helpful to me included free laundry, exercise room with a variety of nice equipment, business desk with computer and printer, and ability to check out blenders, crock pot etc. from the front desk to cook some healthy meals. Also, good supplies in the kitchen and I grilled some burgers and chicken on the grill outside. Will stay at this hotel again.
