Most of all, Norma at the front desk was very friendly, professional and welcoming. She and the cleaning staff were all friendly and welcoming and they provided the best customer service! Highest we paid on our 2 week trip. Ridiculous. Place is hard to get to. The breakfast was a joke, there was no yogurt, no fruit, no water. Never again.
