    Front Desk hands out room keys without checking for ID or even ask for name on the reservation.

    They have semi and trailer parking here. Wide open truck parking on the side a wide road.

    We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is a very dated and in need of another renovation. The heat and air unit had been partially pulled out of the wall on one side, allowing the cold north wind to blow in. The heater ran all night and never warmed up. The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. The bathroom needed attention. There was no soap or shampoo in the containers. The towels were scratchy. The back side of the door hadn't been wiped down in a while. If the housekeepers and management were doing their jobs, this would not be happening. We didn't even get a complimentary water. The room was noisy. The elevator is old and jerky. The front desk man working the evening shift was super nice! Unfortunately, due to all the issues, we will not be back.

    Excellent experience. Great service, clean, and enjoyable breakfast. They allow dogs. Beds were comfortable and I LOVE they have Dove products in the bathrooms!
