The lackluster shower was a disappointment cold/lukewarm shower. Towels are sand paper. Requested more towels to room. They never came. No fan in the bathroom so when someone uses the bathroom the room stinks up. Honestly I’ve never been to a worse hotel and I’ve stayed at cheaper places.

The refrigerator was dirty. The water would never heat up. I was miserable. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at a Hilton brand. The staff was nice, but the room was way below average.

There was exposed wiring under the AC in the room and finishes were not put up. Gaps between the fire sprinkler and ceiling in the bathroom exsited. However, the staff was welcoming and great. It’s a shame they were forced into the mess they didn’t create.

When you walk in, you immediately realize that the hotel is under construction, something they do not display on their website. And it’s not minor construction. I even saw a cricket near the elevator. The rooms themselves were nice and appeared recently renovated, but my biggest issue was the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and the pressure was maybe 15%. Imagine taking a cold shower with barely enough pressure to rinse the soap off your back. Completely unacceptable. I wasn’t part of the group who went down to the front desk to complain, but I heard the agent basically said, there is nothing they could do (“at least you have lukewarm water”) no gas should have to deal with cold showers while traveling. I never saw the manager on site, though I was only there for one night. Honestly, I’m just happy it was only one night.
