  On our first MSC cruise every detail was taken care of ! We also were made aware of other opportunities and choices. Michelle will always be my go-to agent for any travel questions or needs because she is knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. She told me what is available with details and let me make an informed decision

  Rachel at Vacations in Paradise has been booking our family vacations for over 7 years now and she is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful experience, always available, kind & honest I recommend them 100% I was very nervous about trying a different destination and Rachel made me feel so at peace and excited to try a new place and I’m so happy we did, our family had a blast this year!   Our travel consultant is Rachel Gilbert!!!! We love her and her professionalism! She is sooo easy to work with and is very open and pros and cons about places! She has great reviews on hotels! We have worked with her the last six year, doing our big family vacation planning. It never disappoints. She’s always surprising us with some hotel upgrades, shuttle services that we don’t need to worry about and so! And not to mention the travel gift she gives us before flying it! A travel kit with stuff we do really use! Rachel thank you for everything! For being part in helping us create these memories! We definitely recommend you and your services to everyone!!!!

  Wow! So amazing! Mardi helped us with our holiday and it was exceptional. The communication was great. It was easy. She answered every question and even gave us some tremendous suggestions. Our vacation would not have been nearly as awesome without her!

  I did a Google search to find a local travel agency to help me set up a last minute vacation. I've never used a travel agency before, but we wanted to visit a few areas along the East Coast that I was unfamiliar with and needed assistance booking flights and high quality accommodations. I read positive reviews about Vacations in Paradise and contacted Michelle Taylor. She helped me set up a trip to visit family and do some sightseeing. After she finalized all our plans and payments, the next morning the news reported that a huge storm was going to negatively impact our vacation. She worked quickly to help us cancel everything we had just booked and find a new vacation destination for us, all within a few days of us trying to leave. Michelle was very patient with all of my questions and concerns, kind and informative. She gave me wonderful choices of hotels once we narrowed our new plans to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We have never been to that part of Mexico before and she efficiently set up our flights, round trip airport transfers and a LOVELY boutique hotel for us. All we needed to do was pack our clothes and passports and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing vacation! I would 100% recommend contacting Michelle Taylor to help plan an organized and stress free vacation and I look forward to working with her again in the future! Thank you SO MUCH Michelle :)
