  I have been using Michelle Taylor for the last several years! She always gets the best deals and even when I had to reschedule or move things around she always made sure to keep things and options open! By far the best travel agent and will continue to use her!!

  I searched Google to find a local travel agency to help me figure out if I could plan a trip myself or use an agent. My husband traveled in the service but I hadn’t. I read lots of positive reviews about Vacations in Paradise. I called and spoke with June Gioia. She was awesome, and at the time more excited about our trip than I was! I was nervous and told her I was a travel “newbie“ and needed help planning a trip to Italy for our 30th wedding anniversary. She sent us two different packages, we picked one and she took it from there. We had many questions and she was ALWAYS available to answer them. She was kind, professional and patient. During the trip there were issues with plane maintenance and our flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connecting flight, thus missing our first day in Rome. June was with us every step of the way and contacted the hotel, drivers and tour guides without us having to worry about it. The package we went with was perfect and she’d said that this was one of her favorites for those never having been to Italy. She was spot on. The hotels she chose were absolutely beautiful and right in the middle of the cities we visited! The tour guides were friendly and extremely informative. I highly recommend contacting June Gioia if you need help planning a vacation. Thank you a million times over! Vicki & Terry

  On our first MSC cruise every detail was taken care of ! We also were made aware of other opportunities and choices. Michelle will always be my go-to agent for any travel questions or needs because she is knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. She told me what is available with details and let me make an informed decision

  Our travel consultant is Rachel Gilbert!!!! We love her and her professionalism! She is sooo easy to work with and is very open and pros and cons about places! She has great reviews on hotels! We have worked with her the last six year, doing our big family vacation planning. It never disappoints. She’s always surprising us with some hotel upgrades, shuttle services that we don’t need to worry about and so! And not to mention the travel gift she gives us before flying it! A travel kit with stuff we do really use! Rachel thank you for everything! For being part in helping us create these memories! We definitely recommend you and your services to everyone!!!!
