PROS: The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast attendants so sweet! Sidney is a complete doll, knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent asset to the team here! The gym is perfect and they offer laundry facilities for a few quarters with an atm close by with big screen tvs as an option to pass the time while you workout or do your laundry. The hotel market area has many different choices to include locally brewed beers. The room we had the first night was gorgeous!
The hotel, common area, walkways, gym, and parking lot were all quiet and well maintained.
The King Suite we stayed in for the last 3 nights of our stay was modern, spacious, and very clean!
Any time we needed to ask Sidney for anything it was always available ie: toilet paper, broom, towels, local culture ideas, etc….
The pull out sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean for my 10 year old son and the pool table offered a wonderful learning and bonding experience for my fianće and my son.
CONS: booking issue upon arrival and had to wait to switch rooms then had to pay more to do so.
Saray was very rude when we went to her to ask why we were being woken up at 7 o’clock in the morning with a do not disturb sign on the door, not answering the room phone when they called, in addition to the fact that they called my cell phone and left a voicemail and I did not respond. Yet they still sent the maintenance man to our room and he knocked on the door, even with the do not disturb sign on it. The bedroom door to the suite was closed so we did not hear the knocking initially and my 10-year-old son who was in the living room, answered the door, and the maintenance man came in did not ask for an adult. My fiancé came out of the bedroom to find a strange man in our room, which was disturbing and concerning. There was a do not disturb sign on the door for a reason. We are on vacation. It was 7 o’clock in the morning and when I tried to talk to Saray She continued to blame us or make it our fault, even though we were not in the wrong and we did everything that we were supposed to do. We notified them to let them know that the garbage disposal was not working. It is not a pertinent issue so I do not understand why it was so necessary for them to go out of the way to address the issue at 7 o’clock in the morning. They said that there’s only a maintenance man between 7 and 8 AM at this location. I failed to see how that is our problem. It is not like we were continuing to complain, harass or make an issue out of a non-emergency default in the room.
Then we were playing pool with our son and Chasity decided to interrupt our family time to see why I left a complaint even though I was asked when would be a convenient time for us to discuss this, and I specifically said Wednesday yet she felt it pertinent to come over and interrupt us and addressed the issue at that time. No resolution was obtained. She did apologize even though. Saray Did not. No compensation was received even though the maintenance man came to the room woke us up, entered without permission from an adult. The garbage disposal was still not fixed and the only solution that they had was that they were going to come the following day at 7 AM again to wake us up on vacation. We are going to have to continue to make this trip and I highly doubt that if something isn’t done that we will be returning to this hotel. Which is highly unfortunate seeing is how we really like home to suites and use them as we travel across the country throughout the year. The conflict resolution skills Saray Need significant improvement and someone should inform the maintenance man that if a child answers the door they should immediately request an adult! They should not enter unattended with a child! That could’ve went very poorly. My fiancé woke up at 7 o’clock in the morning to find a strange man in the room that could’ve went very bad! Nit everyone is honest, and there could’ve been claims of abuse. Which would have resulted in legal action. Luckily all we did was try to get it resolved to no avail..unfortunate!

The location of this hotel is great. The lobby is clean and the room was spacious and clean as well. However, after my first night, I returned to my room to find a HUGE roach in the shower. I have no idea how it got in there because the shower door was closed but it was disgusting! I immediately called the front desk to send someone up to kill it and they did. I never got a call from management or an apology from anyone. I checked out the next day anyway, but it’s just a gross experience that I have never had before. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.
