- FMFanny MuñozJan 5, 20262.0Nos hospedamos una noche porque nos quedo de paso para la frontera y la habitación estuvo limpia y tranquila, al ser miembro platinum pedí el up grade y aunque no estaba lleno no me lo dieron, no tuve problema, pues solo me quedaría una noche. Lo que sí es que en los reviews decía ser escaso el desayuno y no mintieron. Las imagenes son a las 8.30 am El personal solo se limitó a decir que es lo que había porque no llego quien hace la comida.

Ellos, obvio, no eran, de hecho ya estaban dormidos y les marcaron 3 veces para pedirles que no hicieran ruido. Cancelamos nuestras reservas de regreso. La respuesta del gerente o dueño fue la peor: Que no nos sacaron y que no hay un Fairfield en Pearsall, en vez de disculparse. Ahora entendemos porque el servicio es una basura! No lo recomendamos, además está muy sucio y la comida de muy baja calidad.

Acabo de cancelar la reserva de regreso de mi viaje para irme al Fairfield de enfrente. El desayuno incompleto porque no llegó el camión de la comida. Si pudieran leer la respuesta SOBERBIA seguramente del dueño o gerente, entenderán porque el hotel está operando como una basura. Y si, no nos vamos a quedar en un Fairfield, nos vamos mejor a Cotulla.
- LGLorena GallegosDec 13, 20251.0Q lastima del hotel tengo barios meses usando Holiday Inn cada fin de semana pero estabes fue la untima bes creo porq primero mean un cuarto q ala ora de acostarme tenia las sabanas tiera y unas pestaña como sino la canbiaban y luego medieron otro cuarto y notenis agua caliente yo pienso q si andas cansada de perdis con este crime se relaja uno con un baño con agua caliente pero fuy idije y mediguieron q no abia agua caliente y q nome podia canselarlla q abia barias personas quejandose de la agua caliente yocreo q es dinero tirado ala basusa porq no meresolbieron el problema
