  I had a great experience staying here last night, and a big part of that was the excellent service from the front desk. Alexa at the front desk was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell she takes pride in doing her job well and making guests feel welcome. Customer service like that makes a big difference after a long day of travel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check in was smooth, the room was in great condition, and everything worked exactly as it should. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Alexa set the tone for the whole experience. If the management sees this, she deserves recognition for the way she treats guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

  Worst Holiday Inn , we most likely had the worse room in the whole building. Everything was broken, smelled horrible, all the carpet was stained looked like puke. Very dirty, lots of dirt under the mattress. All corners of the room had loads of spider webs like it never was cleaned. Corner chair had a thick layer of dust. We went to the staff working to switch us to a new room but the hotel was booked. He said he would upgrade us in the morning at no charge and apologized. When morning came he was gone and other staff said all he could do was give us another room we got our other room and it was cleaner but things broke and no hot water. Since it was non refundable we just stayed since we had only booked it for 2nights. Pool was dirty and not heated as advertised, gym was out of service due to wasp. If the amenities aren’t working I believe it something that should be advertised or let us know we picked this place due to its amenities and nothing was available to us. We checked out and were about an hour away when our sons noticed that they were missing money in their suit case they each had $100 bill and it was gone. We called the hotel and no one answered phone jus rang and rang . Never have I been so disappointed in a holiday inn, at this point I should have just stayed at a super 6 motel and it would have been half the price. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Cold showers / low water pressure / Clothes drawer under TV would not remained closed and stayed open into the walkway in the room / TV Remote control volume not working - All reported to front desk on first day with no response to the room. Slip this place, even if you have to drive further.

  First and foremost I feel bad for the staff there. The manager is NEVER available. The breakfast lady during the week is always stressed out due to the manager never ordering enough breakfast products. I was in the lobby while customers would bite her head off over COMPLIMENTARY breakfast because things would run out. Not sure how this hotel is up and running with cold showering, bugs and shitty ac in the lobby. Terribly ran establishment. This poor staff needs new management. Never have I ever been told “management wasn’t available” at a hotel during my stay at any other holiday Inn’s. Never will I stay here again.

  Not a lot of options for hotel in pearsall, I come here all the time for work and stay at this place only out of convenience, but for years I've been coming here the cold shower situation hasn't improved, it's less than 50/50 that you'll not be taking a old shower. I will say the staff are great, always friendly and remember my name, but ownership and lam of maintenance/updates have killed this place. probably going to drive further away to stay amd pay more simply to get a decent shower. Also, oddly the coffee is also cold a lot in the morning too... But still better than te showers...
