I’ve stayed in a hotel recently that would leave a note that they’d be back and guests were just waiting for whatever they needed. Holiday Inn is just well managed in general. Had to use 5 days to keep diamond status before the end of the year and it has a nice clean hot tub that works. Enjoyable place to lay your head.

I felt humiliated and attacked after pounding at our door to corral my kids or leave the hotel . My child was crying he was sick that was a horrible comment to say especially an employee . To come attack us after a couple of seconds that we had just got back I believe someone else kids maybe misbehaving although I know mine are not saints however to single out my sons cry with no empathy. This employee was rude and obviously bringing her manners that were taught at home doesn’t give her the right to talk to anyone like she did . I don’t understand how such an iconic hotel has such a rude , ignorant employee never had I ever encountered this In my life especially to treat guest with a child and comment to corral my kids or vacant the premises.
