On behalf of management and staff we invite you to the Holiday Inn Express Houston South-Pearland. Our hotel is located at the intersection of Texas Highway 288 and Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8). We are only 10-15 minutes from the Texas Medical Center, Houston Downtown and George R. Brown Convention Center. The Hotel is conveniently located between Downtown Houston and Pearland city therefore has an easy access to all Houston areas.

The breakfast was good with the typical food choices. The rooms were bit noisy I would say, you can hear and disturbed by the closing of the neighboring room doors also can hear the creaks from walking on the upper floors. But, nothing that bothers too much. Good stay overall for my needs. The elevators needs uplift and it makes scary noise and vibrations. The TV didn’t work in my room the staff seem to know about it but not fixed it. Anyways, it was not a big deal for us. It was a pretty decent stay at the place.
