Have stayed here many times over the years with no issue but I won’t be staying again. Hot water was hit or miss, they said it just took a long time for hot water to get to the 4th floor. Noise from nearby rooms was also unusually loud. It was like the flooring was stripped in the room above us and there was zero buffer. I believe they were doing remodeling but someone was in the room all weekend which was strange. Tv noise until 2 am one night, hacking cough, talking and scraping noises waking me in the morning at 7:30. We weren’t in the room much but is was unpleasant when we were.

Room was a normal king-size room, but it was clean and comfortable, and for a quick overnight, that's all you can ask for. We have stayed here multiple times, always been clean, service was friendly. Definitely a go-to when we are in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS. AND NO HOT WATER. Booked a three day stay the last week of October 2025. First room (307) did not have hot water. In order for me to get hot water I had to put water in a Hilton cup that they leave in the room for coffee and warm the water up in the microwave. Unacceptable. Went downstairs the next morning to get a new room Placed me in 228. No TV and a bug crawling around in my bed the next morning while I was watching TV. Guess it wanted to watch Halloween Resurrection too. Finally saw the hotel manager for the first time and spoke with her about the problems. She comped me for the room without the water and sent up housekeeping to collect the bug in my bed. I checked out. I was not spending another day in this horrible hotel and I should not have to pay for a room with BED BUGS. I should not have to pay for NONE OF THE DAYS. I complained to 1-800-hiltons and their response to this situation was mind boggling. They don't handle this type of situation. Well who does? They connected my call to Laura (manager over the property and the supervisor over the hotel manager that I previously spoke to) and she said I WAS A HILTON HONOR AND FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBER AND THEY HAD A CODE THAT THEY HAD TO FOLLOW! The first manager lied and said she comped me for the bed bug room but that's not true. It was for the lack of hot water in the first room She didn't even know what type of bug I had until she sent housekeeping to my room to collect it in another Hilton cup. But based on the reviews..she probably did know that it was a bed bug. A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ON THAT ONE!! JUST KNOW THAT WE (Hilton honors members) are subjected to less than mediocre service. I asked her if she would stay in a hotel with no hot water and bed bugs..she hesitated and said no. Why should any of the guests. I hung up on her. So PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. The ones at the top are usually good. Read the rest of them. Numerous people have complained about the same thing and no recourse or decent response from Hilton. I will not stay in another Hilton. They have lost my business forever. I am writing this to save you and your family the inconvenience of no water and possible bed bugs. And the bad part is THEY KNOW IT'S HAPPENING AND THEY DON'T CARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Find another hotel.

We were at this hotel for a get together the weekend of the 11th October. We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday. The amenities were not up to par. There was no hot water and they staff kept saying it was fixed it was never fixed until we left. We took showers with luke warm water. They made up stories when we called. The electric outlets were broken in the bathrooms could not use hair dryer. The frustrating part was that we had to change rooms and that did not work either. Not a good hotel, service was not professional. Would not recommend to anyone.
