    I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS…This was the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVERRRR… this place should be shut down and management/owners need to be taken to court. THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING. IVE *Photos attached* First off there were ROACHES in the first room (I drove around for an hour looking for another place to stay, nothing was available) the front desk associate was helpful he tried his best to accommodate us. The second room was no better. The phone cord had been ripped out the wall, the lights didn’t work, the refrigerator was making a gawd awful noise and we couldn’t sleep. I had to unplug the refrigerator just to try to relax. I slept maybe two hours because I was so upset with this place. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! ***No proof of renovations in sight***

    First thing first I would like to day the boy at the desk from 12 am - 3am was fabulous. Last night he told us if we checked in after 3AM we could checkout tomorrow at 11 instead of today at 11. The short Hispanic guy "estaban" I honestly think its a lie came and was just being rude and not understanding and not trying to listen . I will be reporting this to the CFPB as fraud and you really need to hire better people to run your business.

    My review was deleted smh. I just recently stayed on 1-17-26 & as a IHG member this hotel was not up to par nor up to expectations. After traveling over 5hrs & dealing with 3 deaths in my family(have proof) I was exhausted so I decided to stay here. I did book before getting there but the front desk clerk got me to cancel it since I booked after midnight so she could just check me in as a walk up & I kindly thanked her for that...Yes they did good on releasing the hold on that. My problem is the hotel & room smelled horrid, I was unable to take a hot shower due to the smoke alarm constantly going off from the steam so I had to settle for a warm one instead 😑 I got nauseaous from the smell & vomitted but couldn't flush the toilet cuz it was broken. I checked in after 1am & was gone by at least 6:35am because I just couldn't take it anymore. At 7:04am I started my grievances with customer service until 7:46am(have proof). I was told that I would hear from someone within 48 hrs & as of yesterday 1-21-26 I did not hear from anyone so I reached back out & was basically told that since I checked out & didn't express my concerns before I checked I can't get a refund & the best they can do is offer me 10,000 points. As being in customer service/management for over 25yrs I would NEVER treat a patron of my establishment that way knowing they are entrusting me to provide them with a nice pleasant sanitary enviornment & stay. I would not give them the run arounds knowing it's not just 1 person complaining & leaving the same reviews I WOULD RIGHT MY WRONGS instead of having them feel that I don't care what their grievances are but thank you for your hard earned money that I will never give back to you. The $112.86 I paid was not worth one penny of it & I pray hard one day that this establishment does a whole complete renovation & build a better rapport with their customers & make them want to go back to a nice,clean,sanitary place.

    Booked a room here from 1.4.26 through 1.9.26. Arrived to room to find it dirty and mold covering the overhead vent. Informed desk I would not be staying. They charged my card for $478.70 and will not issue a refund. ** DO NOT STAY HERE **

    They didn't refund one of my nights for two stay. Room 104 has a smell that is unbearable. I have been coughing since I got here. room stinks really bad. Like maybe water damage or something. Room feels dirty. Fitted sheet had hair on it. I'll just eat cost and got pay for another room. This hotels is not clean. No matter how much cleaning supplies you buy or wash the sheets. Curtains have stains on them. I cant breathe in this room
