  They didn't refund one of my nights for two stay. Room 104 has a smell that is unbearable. I have been coughing since I got here. room stinks really bad. Like maybe water damage or something. Room feels dirty. Fitted sheet had hair on it. I'll just eat cost and got pay for another room. This hotels is not clean. No matter how much cleaning supplies you buy or wash the sheets. Curtains have stains on them. I cant breathe in this room

  . The photos of the space lure you into a falsehood. The whole building smelled terrible. The room itself had an unpleasant odor, but with a little spray it was ok. The room from a cursory glance looked good but left a lot to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable, and seemed much narrower than the queen size we had reserved. The garbage disposal had a constant unpleasant odor emanating from it. The complimentary coffee service was unavailable the entire week with the exception of the first day. While the staff was mostly nice, there were a couple that seemed like they didn't want to be there. Changing out sheets and towels during the week was very difficult, as they never seemed to have any available

  First room had cockroaches. They put me in another but there was a bad smell coming from the AC unit, which didn’t work very well. Floors were sticky and towels and sheets feel tattered. Very old interior space compared to the exterior. Would not stay here again.

  This place is filthy, filled with cockroaches and black mold, and they do a great job of hiding these issues. The new owner is ruthless, prioritizing profit above all else. As one of the highest-paying tenants here, I’ve been living here for almost two years, paying $91 a week. Meanwhile, the family below me has been here for only five months and is paying $69 a night because the owner is desperate to make money. I requested a rent adjustment, but they didn’t make any changes, so I’ve decided to leave. By losing me as a tenant, they will be missing out on $33,000 per year because they were unwilling to offer a better deal to a long-term tenant like me. Additionally, there are a lot of drunk drivers in the parking lot who have already scratched my car, but nobody takes responsibility for it. They even stole my front license plate, as the owner is so desperate to fill the place that he’s bringing in people who shouldn’t be here—honestly, some of them are pretty scary.

  The good: The room looked clean, neat, and tidy. The room smelled fresh and clean. Coffee and coffee maker. No bedbugs and no roaches! The hotel is set back from the road, so it was nice and quiet! The OK: The bathtub had rusty patches. but it was clean. The coffee is nice to have, but there was no cream or sugar. The linens had old stains, but they were clean. The bed was soft and squashy, too squashy for my bad back. The not so good: There was a grab bar outside the tub, which is nice, but there were no grab bars in the shower tub and the floor of the tub was very slippery. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced, as it smells of old dog. Overall and in general, it was good enough. The location is very convenient to what I was in town for. I will probably stay again.
