I was not able to get a refund because I booked third-party but if you have allergies, can’t breath around Mold or dust this is 100% NOT the hotel for you. The rooms smell like literal caskets. Old dead stale air. I would not recommend. This could be harmful to someone’s health if they have a sensitivity like myself actually. I think the staff is nice, but I think that maybe they are understaffed for the cleaning Because the rooms are literally dusty and old and smell very very bad I mean and unstable older. I don’t know how anyone could not smell it. They have old moldy carpet and you can smell. It just smell smells like something that needs to be taken up off the floor terrible terrible would absolutely not recommend. I literally had to go get an air filter just to survive the night and I’ve just been spending a lot of time in my car because I have one more night to go.
