  In the room, the coffee maker, one of the lights, and the outlets on another light did not work. Ceiling and wall repairs were poorly done. Room paint was just sloppy. The bed was up to standard, the breakfast sufficient, and the service was good.

  I’ve stayed at many many IHG hotels. This one is by far one of my least favorites. The hall fragrance upon entry, makes me want to throw up, and it burns my eyes. Room service apparently works for free, since there was a large gross stain on my bed comforter and a pile of spilled (what looks like ashes) on my carpet. The room was obviously “cleaned” in 3.7 minutes. This place truly screams “we don’t even try anymore”. Can’t wait to depart this place.

  Not super satisfied with this hotel. First of all, the hotel was very dated. The room very much needed a makeover, it smelled funny; and the lobby is extremely outdated. Additionally, the elevator kept having issues. Something was going on with it because when we would enter it, it would almost jolt a bit whenever you entered or exited the elevator. It felt like the elevator was about to freefall. When we went to the room, the sheets were not super clean, and smelled kind of funny. We called down and the nice guy at the front desk did bring me some sheets, which is what earned this hotel a second star. The bed also had this strange curve in the middle of it, and almost seeped in whenever I would sleep in it, which was very uncomfortable because I kept waking up. The hallways also had this very strong air freshener smell in them, which was certainly not the most pleasant smell I have ever smelled. The hotel was located directly on a highway, which while being convenient was very noisy at night. And the cherry on top? The breakfast area had barely anything. The pancake machine was broken, the drink machine had very few drinks in it, they were out of cinnamon rolls, and they did not have fat free milk, and only had 2% and whole. This hotel feels like it was abandoned by the owners after being built. Would not stay here again.

  Hotel is not as clean as it has been. The girl at the check would not get off her cell phone to do a quality checkin.
