My room smells like mildew and garbage. The fridge had been turned off and food had been left in it. The desk attendant didn't even look up from his phone when I went to check in. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

- TLTracy L.Sep 28, 20251.0I'm so disappointed in this location. Hallway carpet was filthy and seems like they hadn't vacuumed or cleaned in awhile. We did the UV light in our room and let's just say we didn't sit anywhere except the bed. Breakfast bar was sub-par. Pancakes were made from some sort of machine and came out inedible. Holiday Inn Express is usually our goto hotel but we won't stay at that location ever again.
