  I've stayed 3 or 4 times now, always a great experience. The last time I stayed I had left some important documents in the room and they called me to let me know. I really appreciate the pool and the breakfast here, and the rooms have always been great.

  I had some friends and family visit me for the holidays and what better place to stay at than the Hampton Inn. My friends and family said they will be staying at the Hampton inn every time they visit going forward. The breakfast was amazing, the front desk girls are super nice and helpful. The rooms are so clean!

  Some heavy set Mexican lady had checked in my great grandpa the other day to visit us for the holidays. He told me he does not recall her name but had told me he did not like her attitude. He said he was trying to ask her what restaurants were available she began to speak Spanish to some housekeeper over desk ignoring him. He assumed she didn't hear or understand English so asked again she said something in Spanish again to some older Mexican lady that appeared to be in housekeeping but this time looking back at him laughing with her. He asked if someone was available to help him find somewhere to eat yet again with persistence and she finally rudely replied with a angry loud voice telling him to go use Google. My elderly grandpa does not even own a touch screen phone. He also has health issues and does not handle stress well. He told me to leave it because he doesn't want trouble he's old fashioned and really tries his best to be nice to people. To treat the elderly with such disrespect is horrible! It was some short heavyset Mexican lady behind the front desk. He would not tell me her name so unsure if she even had a name tag. This review is for the Hampton inn in Paris tx. Hopefully this review keeps people from treating our elderly with such unprofessionalism. Control ur staff and have respect for others please , it's the holidays too! My grandpa is a good man!!!

  Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! I enjoyed my brief stay here. Trinity was very helpful at check-in, and I appreciated that she reached out midway through my stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. The rooms are very clean. The location is a bit questionable, but I never felt unsafe throughout my stay. My only minor complaint is that I feel like the music played in the halls is a bit unnecessary & also a bit loud (I could hear the music in my room). Thankfully, though, the music was turned off overnight.

  My stay was one of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel! It was a few days ago I came in, was welcomed by a very kind younger lady, I believe her name was Natasha, she introduced herself, not sure her role but she was the kindest lady that was behind the desk, that checked me in, at a hotel that ive ever met and I've stayed in the best hotels in many states. There were many complimentary refreshments available I assume were made by the cooking staff like coffee tea cookies etc. I give them 5 stars as well! Breakfast was amazing too. And to top it off when I made it to my room after checking in with sweet girl making me feel welcome, the room was absolutely spotless. It even had a clean smell to it. I got a room away from elevator like a requested, I really feel like this hotel is a great hotel to stay at. The bed was sooo comfy as well. I definitely will be coming back 5 stars to cooking staff, the lady at front desk and cleaning staff! Can't wait to come back! I definitely will be recommending this hotel to all my business associates and friends. Keep up the good hospitality!
