  Absolutely disgusting! After a long road trip We couldn’t drive anymore so we decided to stop in the middle of the night to stay here. No other hotels had openings for our big party of 10. We booked 2 rooms. What a mistake. As soon as we got into our room, there were roaches. They were in the bathroom and in the living area. I have never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn and was shocked. We immediately went to the front desk and they offered us a new room. Luckily the other room was clean after we inspected every inch. But it was definitely a rough night trying to sleep. I feel disgusted and gross where we didn’t even want to touch the continental breakfast. The front desk area had all kinds of dead bugs all over the floor in the lobby. We were too tired to notice when booking the room but noticed when we left. Do better!

  I understand that this is a two-star hotel, but the fact that bugs and ants wake me up at midnight is incredibly disturbing. I tried two different rooms, and in both cases, my shower head barely worked. Not to mention, their shower curtains are too small, causing water to splash everywhere. Additionally, their laundry machines and snack machine are always broken down.

  Breakfast looked un cooked. I stayed a few days and Breakfast looked the same everyday. Better off going to a gas station and getting a Breakfast britto Beds hard as a rock.

  The room and common areas were clean. All the staff were friendly enough. It just needs some updating. There was no hot water either time I tried to take a shower. The room needed some maintenance. An outlet was pulling out of the wall and there was a poorly-patched drywall hole in the bathroom. The elevator seemed a little sketchy at times and made some strange noises. The mattress was pretty low-quality. There wasn’t an outlet by the bedside. There were cards in the room encouraging me to lock up valuables like a radar detector or car phone. The pool was closed for remodeling. The breakfast was good as any other IHG property. The place just needs some updating and TLC.

  Poor maintenance. Dirty wash rags in the shower. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Burnout lights. Dirty tub. Water stained ceiling. Strange brown stains on white comforter. Could see out in the hallway with the door closed. Told the morning clerk, she didn't really seem to care.
