I called several hours after checking out and DJ, the front desk attendant, said 'Hey Sir, we have your item at the front desk!", and that made my day!!! I talked to them about how I would get it back, and the whole staff was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process!!! I can't recommend them enough, the whole process was STELLAR!!! Thank everyone on your staff!!!

They were so courteous to us and very respectful the entire stay made us feel welcomed always said we were like family..the breakfast the eggs biscuits and gravy and pancakes everything they had was delicious and hot amd we could smell the food cooking and the coffee brewing and we new it was time to eat.. The entire staff was very nice and treated us well . Thank you for the memories..the Hernandez family carlsbad new mexico
