The Holiday Inn Express in Osona exceeded expectations in every way. The service is outstanding — truly attentive and over the top in the best sense. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean, including small details like sanitized TV remotes, which really stood out. Breakfast was good, fresh, and well organized. Special thanks to Shelly who truly makes a difference. Her energy, kindness, and ability to keep everyone happy set the tone for the entire hotel. She goes above and beyond and makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Great stay. Highly recommended.

I just stopped here arrived late night 1.30 am with pre booked. No one was at reception and after keep calling no one came and then I have to call from my cell and person came up was sleeping, thats ok it avoidable but..... He gave me room 303 (Haunted). Please avoid this hotel atleast room 303. I just want some sleep to catch the road early morning but whole night was restless because weird noises in the room. For water tapping, for rest room door open and close, every time when i checked no water dripping, door closed properly but again and again whole night door crackling wierd voices and i was with my family, my wife was also scared. Whole night was restless In the morning when i told the manager she sad I am sorry about that nothing more than that.

Assuming it has mold or mildew. Lastly, it'd be nice if the hotel staff was trained to not bother guests until 12pm. That is what your sign says: Checkout 12pm. Please don't call at 11am and then try to open the door at 11:30am. Leave us alone until 12pm. That's what the contract says. That's what we agreed on and paid for. If you want your guests out at 11, then change your checkout time so we know what we're signing up for when we pay for a room.

She offered us a TV guide and list of restaurants and resources near by. When we got to our room, I wanted to relax and watch some of my shows. We quickly figured out that the remote to our tv was not working. Sandra came to our room right away and offered us a solution. Myself being in the hospitality industry, I can tell you that Sandra went above and beyond for her guests and made our stay the best possible experience. She absolutely made our night. Thank you! The ladies down in the reception area are welcoming and very helpful, we came out and visited Holiday Inn express in Ozona when we were out Wheeling at Escondido it is a 30 minute drive from the park. I would stay here again.
