  We travel monthly from Ft Worth to Tucson AZ. We often stay the night, grab dinner with my cousins, and finish our trip in the morning. We typically stay at the Hilton down the road, but this visit we reserved here. And we are sooo glad we did! Ms Liz at the front desk was super busy when we arrived, however she was friendly, helpful, and greeted everyone with a smile. She did not get stressed just helped everyone as pleasantly as she could. She thanked me for being a member and asked that I reach out to her with any concerns regarding the room or anything else and said she’d make it right. There were none! The hotel is very nice! We will definitely be back in the future!

  Comfeee bed, great crew, All Pro Mgt! I left a bag behind on way to AZ, Super Mgr J.D Help us to work w UPS to ship it so I'd have my bag. UPS was not helpful at all, their "app" fails on a phone, n their phone svc would not help us. J.D. held our hand over phone to create a label so i could have my Meds expressed to me. Forever Grateful. That kind of love, keeps me coming back to Holiday inn Express! M.A.

  What a wonderful stay. Road tripping, we did not have reservation just pulled in because of its convenience to the highway exit. It was almost midnight but was welcomed with a very friendly front desk lady who made sure we got the best rate. The place is clean and the room exceptional. Very comfortable bed. The day staff was also great and the breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend!

The service is outstanding — truly attentive and over the top in the best sense. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean, including small details like sanitized TV remotes, which really stood out. Breakfast was good, fresh, and well organized. Special thanks to Shelly who truly makes a difference. Her energy, kindness, and ability to keep everyone happy set the tone for the entire hotel. She goes above and beyond and makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Great stay. Highly recommended.
