- NGNairobi GuillenMar 21, 20261.0I don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing our stay was. From the start, the front desk didn’t tell us our room number, or write it down, we had to ask for it ourselves. We requested a baby crib and were told, “it’s here somewhere, I just can’t find it,” but no real effort was made to locate it. We saw her in her phone instead of trying to don’t it. Traveling with a baby made this especially frustrating. Our rooms refrigerator didn’t work, so we couldn’t keep our baby’s milk cold and most of the ice machines were broken, we only found one working out of six floors. The air conditioner made constant noise, like if a cricket was stuck inside. Oh and the bar was completely closed. Our key card didn’t work at the pool, and when my husband went to the front desk, no one was there, he waited over 10 minutes. Later, our room keys stopped working entirely, and again, no one was available to help. He waited a long time again for front desk, while we were stuck outside the room. We are IHG members and usually have good experiences, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
