  went to go visit a friend staying at this place and I've been to these motels before they are extremely nice. The rooms even have a stove top in them with two burners. They have full-size fridge and freezer. The rooms are extremely nice and pretty roomy as well.! the only thing I noticed was I went in and out about two or three times and I never saw the person at the front desk! It looks like most of them do have nice gyms and a pool as well

  This hotel is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever encountered. I had reserved 3 nights, but when I landed in midland my company’s travel agency had sent an email saying the hotel was requesting I call them to run my credit card bc the card on file (which was my corporate card -that I’ve never had any issues with in the 13 years I’ve been using it for travel) was not going through. When I called the hotel to ask about the issue they claimed they had already gave away me room based on the manager’s decision and they had tried calling me numerous times, which was a bold face lie. They said bc I hadn’t checked in at 6pm they decided to run my card and when they couldn’t get it to go through tried calling me. (I was in the air between 5:30-8). As soon I landed I saw the email from my travel agent and immediately called the hotel at which point they informed me they gave my room away and were sold out for the night. So at 9:30 on a Tuesday (crew change night for rotational employees) in Midland Tx I had no room and everywhere was sold out. Needless to say they will never get my business again and along with the protocol they pulled the night desk manager hung up on me which in and of itself speaks volumes of their customer service.

  We had a very good stay here for a month and a half, we had a room on the 3rd floor, and it was very quiet. Every staff member was extremely kind and courteous, they went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again, if your traveling for business this is a great hotel for that. The rooms are clean, and we'll kept by the housekeeping staff.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite being listed as pet-friendly, there was no clean or safe area for dogs to use the restroom—the only available spots were full of stickers and burrs. The pet fee is horrible On top of that, the property was littered with beer cans and cigarette butts, which made the environment feel dirty and poorly maintained, the manager was rude and unprofessional.
