The general areas like the lobby, hallways, stairwell, and breakfast area are all clean and well kept. Pros: 1. Rooms are spacious. 2. The hallways and stairwell are wide, which helps you feel there's plenty of space to maneuver. 3. Washer and dryer are only $1 each. Detergent is also only $1 4. Free breakfast. Typical eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit selection. Automated coffee machine with customizable selections. 5. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I requested and received a late checkout. 6. The hallways smell fresh in the morning. Cons: 1. Bathrooms don't have a fan. 2. No central HVAC. It's a wall mounted unit. 3. The pool was closed for weeks with no real explanation why. 4. The gym has minimum equipment. Only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, 1 bench and 1 multifunction station. The heaviest dumbbells are only 45 lbs.
