  They put me on the 4th floor and then told me the elevators are broken. I climbed 4 flights of stairs to find out my key didn’t work. The food I put in the fridge overnight was ruined because it doesn’t work either. Isn’t this a new hotel?

  This has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had—and I travel frequently for work. On my first reservation, March 16th 2026 after a full day of travel, I was scheduled to arrive around 10:00 PM. At approximately 9:40 PM, I received a call informing me there was a power outage. While I understand that outages happen, I was also told that management had decided not to allow any check-ins at all. In other words, despite guests arriving as planned, the decision was simply not to accommodate them. To make up for this, I was offered a 50% discount on a future stay. I accepted this in good faith and chose to give the hotel another chance, assuming the initial situation was an exception. Unfortunately, the follow-up experience was even worse. On April 1, 2026, I called to make a reservation and referenced the prior offer. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, only to have the call disconnected—no callback, no acknowledgment, nothing. At this point, it’s not about the outage—it’s about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Offering a resolution and then failing to honor or even properly address it is unacceptable. I would strongly caution other travelers to reconsider before booking here.

  Idk what all the bad reviews are for....pretty solid room. Nice. Clean. Updated. Ide come and stay again. 🤷‍♂️

  Think twice before you stay here. We paid for our room in full with points, then was hit with 2 additional charges upon checkout even though we had no incidental expenses. We've reached out to the front desk, the manager, and IHG corporate, and still have not heard back from anyone. Also, bring your own toilet paper as we were told that the hotel ran out, so you were only given a small amount upon arrival. No toilet paper in the common areas.

  I've stayed at this hotel few times for my business because of location, Last three stays TV has not worked, one time the elevator wasn't working, breakfast awful, This is the complaint; After last check out I noticed they had charged me $67.23 for no reason. I have been trying to contact the front desk from Feb 19 2026 to now Mar 30 2026 and no one answers, I finally got hold of Avid properties they gave me the Managers name and cell phone "Tomi" I talked to her once and explained the situation, she apologized and said their phone is not working that day, That is not true, Even IHG couldn't get hold of them for 30 days. she said she will work on it and will get back to me that afternoon. That was a week ago on Mar 23rd. I emailed her all the info, No respond, I have been calling her for a week and she doesn't answer her cell either. NOTE to the owners and Tomi, I don't care if your hotel is going down or closing or what your excuses are, I am not looking for an apology, Please refund my money asap. I'm also going to call AVID HO and IHG to report the bad service. A Ensafdaran Owner, you just deleted your first respond saying my charges will be refunded to me, Now you want me to call the number I've been calling over 30 days. NO ONE ANSWERS THE NUMBER YOU GAVE ME TO CALL. I am getting upset now. My confirmation number is 67663091. Tomi your manager should have all these info. My IHG number is 217604283, Stay on Feb 17 to Feb 18th. Paid with 34,000 points and you charged $67.23 wrongfully. again Please refund me asap.
