He greeted us with genuine warmth, made us feel instantly welcomed, and carried an energy that set the tone for our entire stay. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does—every interaction was friendly, attentive, and above and beyond. Holiday Inn Express is incredibly lucky to have someone like Sagat. He made our stay memorable, and we absolutely loved him.
- RRRafael RodriguezMar 30, 20261.0I made a reservation for the wrong day. I got the date wrong by 2 weeks. But because I made the reservation through Priceline they said any changes had to be handled by Priceline. I called Priceline and they said the hotel has to approve any cancellation, change or refund. Priceline called the hotel and the front desk clerk said he was not authorized to make any changes and said the manager would be in the next day. I was only in town for business that day. I won't be able to use the reservation. I tried to make a new reservation as I sat in their lobby. Unfortunately, there were no acceptable rooms available. I received an email today stating that the hotel will not approve the cancellation and refund. Free money for the hotel I guess!

- RRRichieMar 26, 20261.0The rooms and breakfast were fine, but we had a very bad experience with the night staff. He seemed drunk and was very rude when we were checking in. Not the standard you would like to set. I would definitely speak to the corporate as my wife is a diamond elite member.

Not ideal if you're trying to sleep in past 7am. Beds are harder than I've seen in other Holiday Inn Expresses. Otherwise, hotel is clean, breakfast is filling, and hotel is convenient to everything in the area.
