- CCChrisMar 9, 20265.0Really nice for a corpo hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your standard IHG fair, did have decent protein options like eggs and yogurt. The real stand out was the fact that I missed my flight connection, because of some ridiculousness with United airlines, and I called to the hotel and they were able to push out my reservation by one night without any additional charges

The front desk was friendly. Location is good. The elevator only had one working . It needs maintenance. I would not stay here again. There are several hotels next door.

From the moment we arrived, we were very poorly received by the night staff: unpleasant attitude, total lack of respect, no compassion at all, and behavior that felt humiliating. Despite having a confirmed reservation, our room was given to another guest, with no honest explanation or proper handling of the situation. A dishonest and unacceptable welcome that does not meet the standards expected from a hotel. We do not recommend this establishment
