We love the tradition and always stay at Holiday Inn , the rooms were clean and we loved the towel animals. Check in til check out was great with Cassy she helped us all weekend and was just a delight to converse with. Thank you holiday inn and Cassy for making my mom’s last trip unforgettable!

She gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and drink locations and was always smiling. Most notably, when the luggage carts were missing throughout the weekend, Cassie didn't hesitate, she personally helped us with our bags multiple times, going above and beyond her duties. Her hard work and dedication to customer service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending this location to others.

My five-star experience started the second we walked through the door, as we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who offered us pink lemonade and cookies. It was such a warm and inviting welcome after a long drive. The high standard continued into our room. We had a clean, spacious room featuring a comfortable King bed—perfect for resting up during our South Texas road trip. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a great shower with fantastic water pressure and, notably, plenty of fresh towels. We were so glad we chose this place for our stop in New Braunfels. The location was fantastic, putting us an easy 3 minutes from downtown. To find a truly 5-star experience with such wonderful amenities and service, all at a great price, is a rare find. Highly, highly recommend!

First room they gave me smelled musty and like sewage. The room was hot and humid. The man at the front desk was great and quickly gave me a new room that was better, but still was subpar. The 2nd hotel room smelled better, but the shower water smelled like rotting eggs. I had to wash my hair with a bottle of water bc the sink water pressure was very low. The beds were not that comfortable. I reached out about the subpar experience and no reply at all.. So now, I am here leaving this review.
