  My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We arrived a bit early for check-in, and Tasha took amazing care of us, expediting our room cleaning so that we could check in. Not only that, but the welcoming attitudes and great caretaking persisted throughout our stay there. Tasha and Kristen both were amazing. Aside from that, I was very pleased with the room and the cleanliness of the property. The location is great, just minutes away from a number of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the New Braunfels area, and would certainly return there myself in the future.

  Staff: great, friendly and talkative. Rooms: huge with great lighting Bed: horrifically bad Pillows: pretty good!

  The lady at the front from very friendly and very helpful. We had to check in early and she said no problem. So we checked in several hours earlier than they expected but a room was ready a d waiting for us. That means a lot to us. I will come back again.

  We originally got a room at the Microtel in NB and we woke up in the morning to roaches, I called Candlewood to see if we could get in early because we had our dog with us and my sons baby shower was at 1pm. Tasha at the front desk was just the sweetest person ever, she reassured me that she would have the room together by noon and we could check in early. When we got there check in was easy, Tasha checked on us the whole weekend when we came downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious, pet friendly, and the staff is amazing! We ended up staying an extra night because of the weather. We will ne staying here from now on when we are in NB. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Hospitably was GREAT! Tasha and her coworker are THE BEST!!! Smelled VERY CLEAN!!! Too small of a room for a couple is the only derogatory thing I would say.
