  A good basic place to stay. The 20+ year motel has been updated. It is a handy lo ation on I35, but traffic sounds might bother you, not too bad. A very nice breakfast was available.

  Mold and mildew in room was awful. Th needed asthma inhaler in the m8ddle of the night. I felt nauseous. Almost left, but we were exhausted so fell asleep. Couldn't wait to get out of there. It's too bad, everything else was ok. No insects, water hot enough.

  Horrible experience and we did not even stay! Our reservation was canceled!! We could not make our first check in date but called and said we would be there the next day. We were told that was fine by the receptionist as long as we arrived before midnight. We arrived at 7:40. No one was at the desk, we rang the bell several times , no answer, we called the hotel several times no answer, after 20 min of waiting and looking for an employee I found the receptionist ( owners wife) by the pool smoking and on her cell phone , I knocked on the window several times, no response so I went out to the pool to get her! She finally headed to the desk, Only to find that they canceled our entire reservation. Horrible first impression and zero accountability from the hotel, all the owners wife said since it’s booked through 3rd party(Expedia) we should have called them. Why didn’t the receptionist tell us that In the first place the day before!! Even when we asked about a rate to stay she was charging us more than the initial reservation!! I would never recommend this location due to lack of professionalism, unorganized front desk, pics did not indicate hotel has motel room entrances and it’s not well lit at night.
