- BRBrandon RiegelDec 11, 20255.0Staff was very accommodating and kind. It's true that Holiday Inn is asking for drivers licenses for address verification. This was not insisted at check-in for me, but it may be for others. It's regressive and intrusive. But the staff at this Holiday Inn were reasonable about it and were helpful in other ways throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and very okay.

Lady at front desk (her name is Shelley, has been there both times and she even remembered us from last stay) is AMAZING!! Any staff we saw were very friendly and asked if there was anything we needed or they could do. Lobby, room, bathroom and dining hall all clean and well maintained. Beds comfy, Breakfast food was good and fresh. Great location We will be returning again very soon!
- DHDanielle HolcombNov 23, 20251.0I have been staying at holiday in for years never had any issue. But I'm active duty military, tried to come stay here to ight at 130am with my 7 year old. I have been driving for almost 18 hours. I get there, call ahead everything's fine but they refused to check me in without my driver licence. Mind you I have my valid military ID, a photo of my licence, and other forms but they ONLY accept driver's license.... He said he could be in trouble for not using it because they need all the info off of it, specifically the address. But I'm military, my address isn't even accurate right now. The gentleman was professional and regretful but at the end of the day they refused me service because they couldn't physically hold my Licence and refused any other type of ID. absolutely absurd. P.s. obviously I didn't mean to forget my Licence at home before making a long drive - It was an accident.

There is a lady at the front desk who is always smiling and not shy to ask how are you doing she has blond hair I can’t remember her name but she makes you feel welcome . Location is good near Walmart , gas station and some fast food restaurants . Only thing I don’t like is I think the housekeeping staff are loud with the trolleys when they are working but it’s not a deal breaker for me .

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. Very highly recommended if you’re in the area.
