- WVWill VanAlstineOct 16, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience at Candlewood Suites Navasota, TX. Checked in Oct 13, on Oct 14 noticed a $1,620 hold showed up on my account. Front desk promised a call from the manager—never happened. Spoke with front desk again on Oct 15 and told hold deleted and would be off account and would get a call from property management. By Oct 16, the hold was still there and still no call. When I called for help, Sales Manager Stacey was rude and completely unprofessional! she hung up on me twice and told me “do not call back.” There’s been zero urgency or accountability from management, even with the large dollar amount involved. I’ve filed a complaint with IHG Corporate (Case #105-776-71003). This property desperately needs better leadership and customer service.
- MJMorgan JonesAug 27, 20255.0Newly built hotel with nicely appointed rooms. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but rooms have a kitchenette with real dishes & pots/pans so you can make your own. Perfect location it you are in the Navasota area.
