  ARIANA is a wonderful human being. She is thoughtful and caring. I would recommend ARIANA for anything in the future. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very intelligent.

  Room and location were fine other than there's no insulation between rooms and a massive gap under the door that means you can hear conversations in the next room clearly. The reason the score is so low is that I found a German Cockroach in my room. I immediately packed up and left. When I was on my way out I informed the front desk worker she seemed completely in bothered and was told the most she could do was to change my reservation so I could check out a day early without penalty. I called Hilton Service to inform of the issue and eventually they worked with the manager of the hotel and thet offered me 2500 points for the inconvenience (for those not members of Hilton rewards it costs about 30,000 points for a night at a standard Hilton minimum). To their credit I eventually talked them into knocking off a night from my bill. Overall I felt they did not take the fact that they have cockroaches in their hotel seriously and did not care to make things right with me. Stay at this hotel with this disclosure.

  Possibly the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was awakened at 3am by a symphony of slamming doors, stomping boots, crashing luggage, etc. The front desk said this happens every night from 3-4am when workers leave for the oil fields, so clearly this is a regular occurrence. Then at 5:30am, housekeeping staff arrived and had a loud, agitated exchange worthy of a telenovela in the corridor for 15 minutes. Don't stay here if you want to get any sleep.

  I would have given 5 stars, but the checkout experience on 1/15/26 left a bad impression. The blonde Lady with the mask who assisted us was rather rude; she didn’t say anything but simply stretched out her hand to grab my card, without asking if everything was okay or acknowledging we were checking out. Now I'm left wondering if she wears her mask to avoid interacting with customers. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the restroom was impressively tidy—no stray hairs to be found! However, the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. It consisted of the usual options, but nothing warm was available except bagels. Please see pics for breakfast options. Parking was quite limited, which could be an inconvenience for some. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, especially thanks to the gentleman who checked us in the night before; he was very friendly and helpful. I really hope management encourages the blonde lady to improve her customer service skills.
