A lady answered and said that she had no clue what to do for me and said that my booking was reactivated after i cancelled so they treated me as a no show, even though I did not reactivate it. She continued to act like she could do nothing for me. I would go to comfort inn or any other hotel here that wont take your money and go against their own policy.
