Friendly staff, clean rooms and kitchenette with everything you need. The location in right next to Chili's, Starbucks and just about anything else you might need. On one of my visits I left something important behind and the cleaning staff plus Chelsea and Kim at the front desk were great about holding that item until I was able to pick it up.

Upon arrival door was locked I assume because it was after hours. At check in I asked if they had water to refill my bottle and was told no. You can buy one. No thanks every hotel has free water. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a few minor issues. Bathroom sink was clogged up and would not drain. The iron did not work and leaked water all over my dress shirt when I was ironing it. This was my first time staying at Candlewood I usually stay at Hampton inn or holiday inn express. They only have coffee in the morning that is all nothing else. Not even a banana or apple. When I was getting a coffee I thought it was laughable they had toothpaste and a toothbrush being sold in the mini market when every hotel offers this for free if you forget yours. Overall hotel was clean just needs attention to some maintenance or service issues.

Exceptional in every way. The customer service was the best and definitely one of the best nights sleep I ever had. The hotel is clean, the rooms are definitely one of the best I ever had, with full kitchen in room, and a fantastic staff.
