  The hotel is directly off of I-20 and is very safe. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 12 months and enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a fitness center, indoor pool with a hot tub. The breakfast was very good.

  How can anybody stay here! Our room was so dirty from the fixtures to the towels . They really need to keep up with the rooms is unacceptable even soap and shampoo half way used the bed sheets so old there were holes all over . And i think there was bed bugs i couldn’t stop scratching my arms after one night there .

  I booked two rooms for three nights for a work trip 7 hours away. On our way my tires went flat and jeopardized the trip. I try to cancel with Expedia and they contacted the hotel manager which rejected the refund. I call the hotel manager two days later in good faith to seek the $589.44 refund, even a partial refund. The manager stated he has no control over Expedia and that he would approve my refund if he could. I contact Expedia again and they reach out to him another two times to confirm his approval. He ended up not approving. See attached photo for reference of Expedia confirming the manager lied. TLDR: Do not book here if you are planning for a work trip or any trip at all. Scummy manager was playing pretend and had me going in circles with Expedia support.

  Great stay! This is the only place in town with a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it made for a really relaxing night. Room was spotless, staff was super friendly, and breakfast was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again.

  Okay so I pull into Pecos Texas late and I make a reservation at a Best Western because there was two of them next door to each other in Pecos. I go on the Best Western app I see Best Western and then I see Best Western Plus which would make sense because they're right next to each other and I make a reservation for the Best Western Plus. I go to Best Western Plus in Pecos to check in and the lady at the counter says she doesn't have my reservation. She looks it up even further finds out that I made the reservation in Monahan Texas. So I figured honest mistake I'll call the hotel get them to cancel my reservation I'll make a new one at the Best Western in Pecos. What should have been an easy phone call to the Best Western in Monahan. The guy that answered the phone, was rude and said too bad they do not give out same day cancelations and would not give a refund. The reservation was made maybe an hour prior to the phone call. This guy was so rude that I will never stay at that Best Western location. And if the app I made the reservation with doesn't do something either, I will Never stay at a Best Western or Best Western Plus again.
