- LWLucy WangDec 29, 20255.0Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We were initially staying on the second floor, where a group of people across the hallway were being quite noisy late in the evening. After we called the front desk, the staff responded quickly and came up to address the situation. Later on, the noise continued, so we requested a room change. The front desk staff were very understanding and immediately helped us switch to another room without any hassle. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent customer service, and we truly appreciated how well the situation was handled.

Next, lobby was clean and inviting, the had computer stations, t.v.'s and coffee. They also offered complimentary breakfast, which maybe my favorite part. The had a variety of hot/cold options, including fresh biscuits n gravy, turkey sausage, eggs and juice. Followed by the rooms cleanliness. The beds were soft and cozy. My husband and I have a restful sleep each night there. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They answered our request Immediately and had pleasant attitudes.Id definitely recommend a stay at this location!

The location is great being on Highway 6 close to all shopping areas. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. There is a very large bed and a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast is rich with hot foods as well. We could have complimentary tea and coffee all day long. Arman, Kelly , Patti, Rehan, Gil of front desk and all other staff have been very helpful and friendly. I think all these are possible because of good management by General Manager Mayra Diaz.
