  DONT STAY HERE!!!!! Worst check in of my life so far and hopefully never again...to start off receptionist was super rude when I asked for an ash tray for a smoking room. Then she said for me to use a cup, but with some attitude like she hadn't had any fun in a really long time. I told her she needed a candy for a little sugar in her life if you know what I mean.Then went back to room and it was infested with roaches and not to mention all the hair everywhere. We did not spend the night and management will not work with you. Never again

  Don't waste your time or money on this hotel. Very rude upon checking in. Room was extremely filthy. LIVE and DEAD roaches in room. Multiple different types of hair in bathroom, tub, and sink. Hair on towels and bed sheets. They will do absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issues. Don't waste your time if you want to take home roaches in your belongings. See the photos for yourself that I have posted along with this review. We have reported this hotel to the health department, as well as the BBB. I'm shocked they are still able to operate this establishment.

  Había cucarachas en el cuarto, no solo 1 infestado de cucarachas, las respuesta de la persona encargada fue cambien de cuarto ese es el que está más infestado, fuimos al otro y estaba peor cucarachas muertas. Pedimos enseguida reembolso y nos comentaron que habláramos hoy pero nadie contesta, no nos quedamos la noche por lo infestado que estaba, tengo comprobante de los pagos, marcamos y no responde.
