I had a great experience thanks to Ximena who is very courteous, professional, super accommodating & helpful. Definiely recommend & will stay here again when I’m back in town. Great location with endless options on restaurants, shops & proximity to the highway.

El sistema de cobro no funciono, tarde mas de 1 hora en que me dieran respuesta esperando en recepción, al final no funciono la terminal para pagar con tarjeta, ofreci pagar en efectivo y me dijeron que no aceptaban esa form de pago. Realmente una mala experiencia cuando lo que quieres es llegar a descansar, después de 1:20 esperando me fui a buscar otro hotel en el cual me atendieron de inmediato e incluso aceptaban efectivo. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL.
