    An older property, and a bit worn, but still clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and their breakfast was a nice touch.

    Shower wasn't cleaned very well. Shower looked like it had mold on the grout. Water didn't get hot enough and shower head was rusty and the towels had nasty stains on them. Thank goodness we had our pool towels from home that we didn't use yet. Also Breakfast was completely cold and we got down there maybe 15 mins after they put it out. Don't get me wrong it was a place to lay my head at night but it wasn't very pleasant.

    We’ve stayed here before but definitely won’t come back. Low quality maintenance and repairs & roaches! We’ve never encountered this problem before. Totally disappointed. My husband shared the video with the manager/owner and she said “sorry!”

    Best Western use to be the premier hotel to stay at back in the day. The last few that I have stayed at have been Subpar with Mineral Wells Texas being the worst. Everything is outdated. The room smelled musty and dirty. It was simply a place to rest my head for the night. I definitely wouldn't stay for any other reason. Breakfast was very poor. Not much of a selection. Eggs felt like rubber. Way over cooked.
