It’s near everything including Tyler. Beds are comfy and the breakfast and coffee are great. Spacious and it gets dark in the room at night. Not a lot of road noise. Super nice staff and they are uber polite. Genuine. Feels safe, secure, comfortable. Seems well managed which is important. We’d stay here again for sure.

The staff was very polite and answered my questions and even understood that I stayed there with my Children and kept an eye out for us. I enjoyed our visit there. I even forgot a phone and they were quick to call me back and had it put in a safe place. They were professional and very friendly. Room was very clean and gave me extra pillows and blankets.

Due to a train stuck on the tracks, we were unable to reach your hotel and, being from out of town, we had no idea where to go as all routes were blocked. Branden not only guided us to the hotel but also stayed on the line with me until we arrived safely. His willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. The world could use more people like Branden—his compassion and professionalism made a lasting impression.
