- TMTom ManuelFeb 23, 20265.0We had a nice 3 nights at the Mineola Best Western. Mineola is a nice town to visit for shopping and the restaurants are good too. This is the place to stay, as the quality seems to be as good as the Hampton Inn for about half the price. The breakfast has a waffle iron, and we had eggs and breakfast meat among the choices.The beds were very comfortable, TV and WiFi reception was great, and the shower was consistent with plenty of hot water. The check-in process was smooth and painless with Taylor. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It’s near everything including Tyler. Beds are comfy and the breakfast and coffee are great. Spacious and it gets dark in the room at night. Not a lot of road noise. Super nice staff and they are uber polite. Genuine. Feels safe, secure, comfortable. Seems well managed which is important. We’d stay here again for sure.

The staff was very polite and answered my questions and even understood that I stayed there with my Children and kept an eye out for us. I enjoyed our visit there. I even forgot a phone and they were quick to call me back and had it put in a safe place. They were professional and very friendly. Room was very clean and gave me extra pillows and blankets.
