At 2–3 in the morning, while I was sleeping, an employee repeatedly knocked on my door and then continued to call my hotel room. This was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I was trying to rest, not be harassed in the middle of the night for $7 for parking after the fact I told the charge it to my room but I guess the guy didn’t know how decided it was best to keep knocking the door The room was filthy, and the smell was unbearable—worse than a portable restroom. It was clear that cleanliness and basic hygiene are not a priority at this establishment. When I reported these issues to the staff in the morning, instead of taking responsibility or offering an apology, the employees laughed in my face and told me it was “probably a hacker.” That response was not only unhelpful, but one of the most unprofessional and idiotic explanations I have ever received from any business. There was zero accountability, zero respect, and zero customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to save your money and stay somewhere else.

But honestly, the biggest reason we came back a second time was because of Juliesa. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about your stay, but she really does. Because of her, this Holiday Inn is now our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. Thank you, Juliesa, for everything — you made our trip feel like home.
