  The staff here are fantastic from the moment I arrived they were friendly, kind and very helpful with trying to find me restaurants and places to go.

  Rooms was dirty . I had hair and dirt in the tub when I arrived. Housekeeping refused to come clean my room, I had to clean it myself . I called for housekeeping to come and waited all day , front desk said that someone came to clean my room and no one ever came. It’s two people in front office I put in a request to get my room clean, the refused to tell me when they were coming to clean it being very rude. I have to come downstairs to change towels because front desk is very lazy and don’t want to come bring me any. I will be contacting corporate as soon as I get their names this is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

  *Stay Away From This Place* This place is super shady. From a homeless encampment directly behind and trash in the parking lot, and people peering through cars at night. Numbers running trucks and excessive noise after hours. Then you walk in the lobby and you get stares. I waited for assistance and the clerk was hiding behind the desk the whole time. Does not seem welcoming in the morning too. What is up with the upside down door handles, having to lift up to open. In the morning, the so called Manager Amber Machuca was having a come to Jesus meeting with her staff. She was very unprofessional and berating her employees. She was also using foul language infront of my kids. I really hope IHG and Candlewood will investigate her and remove her from the position. I've been to many hotels around the world with my military service and I have never been so disappointed in this stay, this location, and it's staff.

  Stood around in the lobby at 3am locked out of my room with no phone. Rung the bell a million times. Tried to us the phone in lobby which was disconnected and then was rude to when the clerk merged from a door across the hall from the desk claiming she was fixing a toilet. Yes right. Then my bell rings and hollers of hello would have been heard.

  Room.was very clean and provides all the necessities for cooking your own meals. No complimentary breakfast, but just across the street is Walmart.
