There is a HUGE management problem here. I had an incident happen to me everyday I was there. My dog got attack by another dog which was witnessed by an employee who said they told a manager about the incident. Nothing was done. Cards need re keyed constantly, elevators get stuck. The DANGERS?! Last night someone had pulled the fire alarm at 3:30 am. With panic and glaring lights, I looked to see if it was an emergency. Upon calming down, the alarm being turned off (quickly) I then wanted to look outside and make sure my vehicle was safe....here's what I saw.
A man dressed in black with a black hoodie, white mask, black back pack. Hiding between two trucks that faced the back door. I hollered and he started to fumble, dig in his pockets and pull out a phone....but stayed in position. This man then got on the phone...walked to the side the fire alarm just so happened to be pulled on. DO NOT EXIT THIS HOTEL AT DARK OR MAKE SURE THERE IS AN EMERGENCY. THIS OUTSIDE PERSON WAS TALKING WITH SOMEONE INSIDE. THIS PERSON WAS GOING TO ROB OR DO WORSE TO ANYONE WHO WALKED OUT. Be very aware or stay away. Trust Noone at this place.

The night girl seems very unhappy when ur customers disturb her SLEEPING in the back. MULTIPLE PEOPLE came to counter seeking assistance. They had to call out to her, (not a problem) then she finally stands up and calls out from the back 'What do u need" while still in the back behind the partition. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, this needs addressed immediately. Also u need to replace lightbulbs in ur parking lot to hopefully help detour theft.
