However, I am upset that this hotel at night and in the morning did not have their luggage carts available and I was told they were in use and they had no idea when they would be back. We are pretty sure since we didnt see them for over 12 hours, they are being used by staff or are nonexistent. This is unacceptable. We have been on the road for days and the very least we expect from a nice hotel is a cart to carry our stuff to our room and back to our car being available within 10-15 minutes at the latest. This needs to be remedied for future guests immediately. Basic amenity missing.
