- PMPete MDec 18, 20253.0This is a typical Best Western Plus property but extremely overpriced. We spent one night in a King suite and were charged $200. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on a two-week trip. We stayed at an incredible Best Western Plus property in Raton, NM with an attached restaurant and bar. The service was incredibly and the room price was at least 10% less. At the Midland property, the staff were hard to find. Most BW properties make an effort to thank members of the Elite BW Rewards when they check in. Our thank you was muted. Typical breakfast offerings but the hot options were cold. Nothing wrong with the room but I wouldn't stay here again.
