    Dirty old smelly. TV was not working. 2nd shift personnel was rude Asked for them to clean my room during check in and they forgot. Never again

    They are trying to charge me for 2 extra nights after I checked out. The dispute is in process and local personnel is immediately trying to "meet in the middle" instead of investigating and getting back to me. I'll edit this rating according to the results.

    Very Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. The staff showed a complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Employees openly talked badly about clients in public areas, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for any hotel. What made the situation even worse was a man working at the front desk who harassed my boyfriend. He made us feel very uncomfortable and even went as far as threatening to share private things he had seen or knew about us as hotel guests. This is completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe and violated. Guests should be able to trust that their privacy will be respected, not used against them or discussed among staff. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Privacy, respect, and professionalism are clearly not priorities here.

    This is a typical Best Western Plus property but extremely overpriced. We spent one night in a King suite and were charged $200. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on a two-week trip. We stayed at an incredible Best Western Plus property in Raton, NM with an attached restaurant and bar. The service was incredibly and the room price was at least 10% less. At the Midland property, the staff were hard to find. Most BW properties make an effort to thank members of the Elite BW Rewards when they check in. Our thank you was muted. Typical breakfast offerings but the hot options were cold. Nothing wrong with the room but I wouldn't stay here again.
